Hertsmere Leisure Children’s Centres value and welcome user feedback and wherever possible use this feedback to improve service delivery. As a company Hertsmere Leisure has a Customer Care Policy which incorporates a Customer Charter (See Appendix 1.4) and a Customer Communication Procedure. This also includes guidance for staff when receiving user concerns or queries. If a user comes to a member of staff with a problem they will endeavour to resolve the issue there and then and detail this or any suggestion on a verbal comment sheet. If a member of staff is unable to resolve the issue they will contact their Team Leader on behalf of the user. Alternatively, a user is asked to complete a comment card as most issues can be resolved, or dealt with, in person. However, should a comment card be completed a written response will be completed within 5 working days.
