How do I have my say?
We welcome feedback from parents / carers about our services, all feedback is carefully considered as well as any proposals for future development.
In addition to this website, parents are welcome to communicate with us in the following ways:-
Face to Face – Verbal Comments
The Children’s Centre staff and Reception staff carry Verbal Comment sheets and write down any comments or suggestions from parents and carers.
Telephone Comments
When reception staff receive comments they are always noted and answered where necessary.
Written Comment Cards
These cards are available in all of our Children’s Centres and at all sessions held in Community Venues. If you tick the box requesting a reply you will receive a reply within 10 days.
Course Evaluations
At the end of every course of 3 or more sessions you will be asked to complete an Evaluation sheet. These is a section for additional comments at the bottom and all comments are considered seriously.
Parent Questionnaires
Twice a year the Children’s Centre staff conduct a questionnaire covering the types of activities we run and ask for feedback. These are collated and all suggestions considered by the Senior Leadership Team.
Toy Library Questionnaires
In February and October our Toy Library Co-ordinator conducts a questionnaire about her service and all suggestions are considered and often new toys are purchased with one month of compiling the feedback. New catalogues are produced twice a year and updates included in our Newsletter.
Customer Feedback Boards
These boards are at all of our Children’s Centres and parents can see some of the questions asked and the answers given.
